As a sales manager my job was to boost sales for that I had to plan alot like advertising, acknowledgement, demo apart from that company provided me lots of sales training across the country where I have accured lots of knowledge and enjoyed roaming out of my state. My owner and I had a very good relation he gave me all the opportunity he had and I really enjoyed it alot.

Work pressure and salary did not meet upto expectation

Only likings was Salary was on time. Incentive was average. Only best thing was I got my brother like Colleagues who supported me in my bad times.

Dislikes

Everything. Most worst is Sumeet Gupta and Neelima Priyadarshini. Don't enter in the vertical. Its is brooking channel and these two are the Dictator. They used to snatch Incentives from employees and exploit every day with bogus meetings and calls. No ethics no emotions they are useless shits. Worst experience in this vertical due to these two shits. They have no family life so they think we have no family life or personal life neither. Most dirtiest mindset ever.

1. Toxic boss culture 2. Target driven 3. Skill development is close to Nil in sales job 4. Work from office- sign in before 9:15 am everyday

Support from the seniors and actually there is a team environment in particularly rajkot and entire saurashtra region. And here sky is the limit.

Dislikes

Salary part should be improving because hiring budge is higher than retention budget. While new hiring with higher CTC will cost higher on the bank's overall book. Because training cost, the employees will be out for 3 months from the productivity.

Not recognise for vintage par with salary package. Not recognise for customers service. We resolving and convincing lot problems from customers and lot of new business is coming from existing customers. Customers are believing our company based on vintage employees first. Not giving time once in a year to spare time with family. No seater day half's.
