Company culture and policies are good. Salary is Ok. Work life balance is good. Leave policy is good Some managers are forcing employees to work from office.

Dislikes

Every year they have layoffs. No job security. Promotions are difficult and based on manager relationship. You can see people who have 15 year experience but working as senior developer in the ACI because of promotion is depend on manager. HR is reactive. They are not doing anything for promotion and appraisal process.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
