Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.

Muslim people doing daily namaaz in office premises. And in Dipawali management organize party of Mutton and Chicken inside office area with Mandir just side on the food. Muslim people bring cow meat in office on regular basis but branch management do nothing.
