Work from anywhere policy. Culture is open and you are heard. Access to top leadership which is sensitive and not opinionated. Aegon has a flat structure and pay is the best in the sector.

I head one of the verticals for the company that is helping create a revolution in the Indian life insurance space. Despite being from a non insurance background, I have grown across my roles and learnt the ropes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
