I like my team and building relationships with my colleagues. Providing positive outcome for our insured customers and helping customers is very rewarding and I find myself as an asset to the claims floor

The condescending nature of certain higher ups. I have epilepsy and was accused of forging a medical certificate from a seizure and have been put through extensive stress due to this and have lost faith in the company. I feel like I was supported and now I feel picked on a discriminated against.

When someone get promote to AM level they should get proper training of how to handle a team instead of how to corner someone. Only one reason is main people leave and think of leaving company and that is how there manager is. For me Pune manager's were awesome but when I got moved to Trivandrum it was the worst experience I am going through.
