If no project first of all why should they hire us by giving false assurance No opportunity for new joiners Sit in bench , nobody cares , nobody responds , simply they will give point of contact but that is waste finally they will call you one day and fire you

when I joined company it started well but slowly the management turned in favor of employees of one particular region and from then it seemed their word is final. My suggestion to the top management was then don't hire people from else where. Was forced to resign.

This org having multiple clients , so they will drop you somewhere sure , it's like contract. if contract completes then you will lose your job.so never prefer this type of orgs. HR s will never respond.

It's a stuffing company u need to know it first. I would suggest if u want hv a job get a job at their client directly. Pay is good but you will ba as a slave to client and altemetric will not do anything about that. Health insurance policy is not good as client provides.
