Below several points which are I dislike most. 1- Company culture is very bad, they never take any decision in favour of employees. 2- Mostly engaging employee in irrelevant domain. 3- Less annual hike, and they hold 50% of hike ammount and asked for release after completing 1 year. 4- office politics. 5- Whenever you resign from the company they will impose unnecessary deduction, and force to pay in advance. Admin take money from UPI and then clear F&F. 6- hidden policies, which arise Whenever they want. Which never mentioned in your appointment letter....Read More
