Manager dominated and ruled work culture. No work life balance you don't get a time to peacefully have a meal, do OT to finish days work. No Job Security work with threat of loosing. very poor management who will make feel dumb and sick. No Exit Interview to retain or know reason for leave or discuss about settlement pay. Punish Exited Employee with about a month salary to refund in order to issue relieving letter. Play with your career and dream and make you mentally sick by sending job opportunity and send regret mail even if you clear the initial test....Read More

Good work environment and teammates and team leaders are very much supportive. They give good salary for freshers as well experienced too.I love the growth of the company. We have a huge cafeteria and gaming area for chilling. if we are not well we have a doctor's to take care of us. I love to work with Amazon.
