Likes: Previously amazon was working the way where they use to have work life balance for employees. The company was Employee centric as well as customer centric but now things have been changed. No learning neither great earning. Promotions are very very very limuted as company has gone stagnent. Dislikes: There are so many things going on which will be a no go for anyone. Like very very few promotions opportunities. Nothing new whuch excites the work. Limited growth in terms of salary etc.

Good culture, environment pressure is so mild . You are free to work here on. Your own terms . So helpful management also the policies are good.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Dislikes: There is nothing to dislike ... It's a big culture and platform a huge family .
