Cost cutting, frugality, employees being pressurised to work beyond their abilities, employee being fired coz they fail to get a good survey just bcz of the goof up done by the courier services.

Amazon provided 2 week off and salary time is very good I'm happy with us.
Amazon SOP and working time very poor at this time after Promotions / Appraisal salary up to down.

Salary not grove up, heavy work in floor, but at the comparison of work salary is very very less, and the less salary had showing bad effect on employees.
