Nothing don't go otherwise your personal life is gone and management will never support you , better to be in you own company if they don't push you for anything. Stay there, this company ruins your life. Initially you will think very nice company but I'm actually nobody knows as after the name. Change there is no reviews of employees

I enjoyed working because of my team. We work together and convert difficult things too easy. And there is nothing else.

Dislikes

There is no promotions and they always offer 5% to 10% appraisal every year. Which is not good as per the name Avis.
