The best part is work from home .One does not have to fight to go office . Especially travelling in Kolkata is awful during the rush hour . This is the reason i left my previous organization even with higher salary . Another reason is managers are good and understanding . So far so good waiting for the appraisal , lets see how much i get . Over all good .
