Management people don’t take any feedback seriously, they just want numbers. very low salary hike and building indirect pressure on employees. HR connect is very rare. They also do not listen to any point of employee, do not clear any doubts before and after hiring.

I love everything in Amazon , the wfh they are providing , the facilities and packages they are giving .

Though there is nothing like dislike but amazon should concentrate on permanent roles , they hired most of the employees on contract ,but it should be permanent for better opportunity .
