So the good thing here in amazon is its Leadership principles and everyone is stick to them. It's not like other companies having big charted policies but on floor you ll not find them implemented. Here in Amazon you will find the flexiblity for the implementation , diversity in terms of challenges and inclusion of everyone irrespective of colour, religion, region, age and gender. Although during Peaks work life balance thing you ll put aside on your own because you ll have the feeling of ownership that ll be developed by the senior leadership in you during your first 10-15 days....Read More

I am just disagree with the fact that everyone is unbiased here in Amz because somewhere there is a biased nature of few leaders which makes sometime difficult to be working here. But as i mentioned just few leaders.

Bureaucracy plays a major role in everything. For an outsider it seems like a dream company to work for, awesome work culture blah blah blah but in reality its just fairy tales.

Particularly in Logistics vertical, the work life balance is pathetic. Seniors take juniors for granted. Whenever required they will put and make somebody stretch in night shifts, cut down week offs etc.
