Good compensation plan, companies benefit and policies are good at global level.

Dislikes

Managers in India moulding these policies as per there own convenience; all the promotions are happening on the basis of favouritism ( those who are benefiting the manager by hook and crook are getting promoted) and the real talent are getting sideline. Amazon is having very strong compliance policy but again manager are breaking it to achieve their targets and getting promotion. On the other hand the real talent getting ignored & demotivated. Manager likes the employees who have no back bones and work like puppets and dislikes the employees who have their own stand and stand against the wrong things happening. They create a work culture of quite quitting for disliked employees....Read More
