Learning opportunities within the teams is great. Once recognized, you get all the support to do projects. You have to come up with your own initiatives and convert them into projects that is fascinating as you get to work on projects that you like.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are terrible. Lots of documentation and politics involved in promotion and terrible push back from leadership. If Manager is not good then forget promotion and growth.

As a Company, you get to work with one of the biggest brand out there and the perks that comes along with big firms. Work life balance is superb I would say.

Dislikes

Since i was posted in pune and it's relatively a small team, there was no clear visibility of what the upper management was trying to achieve. Heard a lot about their extraordinary work culture but never experienced it.
