Good culture and they pay for overtime during peak season

Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.

No promotions, they usually check for tenured employee even though they are lacking behind in skill and process knowledge, honestly hardworking employee are being unnoticed due to this policy. Amazon should change this policy
