Provides good compensation and transport .but in terms of growth need to be proactive and fast developer for own development . Provides lot of training s to grow further.

Dislikes

It is amazing to work at AON Hewitt. I love everything about Aon like office environment, benefits ,appraisal,work culture and team spirit.I can say that it is the best place to work .

Dislikes

I dislike only about not providing meal during night shift even though there are cafeteria available where we can buy .
