-> Work from home. -> Transparency in work. -> Overall, the culture is good in the company.

-> Ascendion planning to start a hybrid work mode for all employees. -> There are not many benefits apart from on-time salary and WFH. It is disappointing that I joined Ascendion only for Work-from-home flexibility rejecting all other higher-pay offers. Now they are calling for hybrid work.

Getting mails fill up timesheet on every Friday. Provides 1 month bench period which is quite good as other man power providers won't provide this.

They don't provide reimbursement for certification. Health policy is only for self, Wife and one child which covers only hospital stay no pre and post hospitalization. No health checkup for family and self... And many more
