Well i like work life balance here and flexibility which is excellent, salary gets credited timely as well.

Dislikes

Well salary here is below average, increment is very poor , promotion happens on favorism basis , favorism is everywhere here , no diwali bonus, no job security company management is only interested hiring for top position instead giving proper hike and salary to execute level employees, management has no vision to run the company.

1- asking to work on Saturday and they don’t pay 2- baised company they do not promote the talent . Promotions are on the basis of relationship 3- NO work life balance 4- frequent change in structure and all and many more things 5- company senior people are not clear what is the company vision every 6 months vision changes
