Salary, Incentives, Appraisal are very very poorly structured. Promotion is laughable. If you’re into recruitment, there are much better organisations. The parent firm Collabera had a great culture. Here, there’s no diversity, everyone from Delivery is from a certain state. Regular show of how great the company is the culture is, internally it’s all shallow.

Nothing, better organizations are out there don't fall for this trap, getting placement opportunity in this company isn't the end of the world keep looking for better opportunities. Those individuals who are have already accepted the offer/are already working, quit as soon as you get a chance, not worth spending 2-5 years there.

Candidates are required to personally finance their background checks and medical examinations, an aspect that significantly detracts from the organization's appeal. Rather than fostering a deliberate approach to employee training and upskilling, the company subjects its personnel to an arduous work schedule of 15+ hours per day, including weekends, effectively impeding their ability to enhance their skill sets and rendering resignation an intricate process. The paltry remuneration offered by the company is disproportionately allocated towards medical expenses, leaving employees with a meager net income. During quarterly performance evaluations, the company provides a mere 5% increment, justifying this modest raise by attributing the company's dire financial situation. Regrettably, the HR department exhibits favoritism towards managers, displaying reluctance in addressing pertinent issues. Inadequate consideration is given to employees' basic needs, as evidenced by the lack of sufficient time allocated for lunch and restroom breaks. The organization's management style reflects a pronounced lack of trust in its workforce, as it engages in micromanagement, intruding on every aspect of employees' tasks.
