Not a good culture after merging viom to ATC,only politics in this company is goods but not a Good work environment and culture. management is not a transparent.Company policies are good but there environment not a satisfied on BH-JH,

Dislikes

HR MANAGEMENT NOT A GOOD THEY ARE PLAYING WITH EMPLOYEES AND HIS FAMILY FUTURE. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
