Híbryd working, with possibility to work from home three days a week. This last year's the salary has improved and for beginner is a competitive salary to start with. Good wellbeing policy.

Dislikes

Management quite strict sometimes they don't act profesional and they control a lot. You cannot chose your holiday freely. Sometimes because of the management we work in a toxic environment

Even though they have buyout option they won't allow you, if they allow you they will mentioned statement like that x person haven't completed the notice period. After paying the amount. Worse company policy and management. They can't see the growth of the employee. And Pathetic Management
