most important thing in berger is job security.work culture varies from department to department. it is one of the oldest paint msnufacturing unit in india.

Dislikes

career growth for a fresher or entry level executive is very slow. salary hike process is also not well optimized and variation in pay sturucture in a same grade is somewhat discouraging for employeed.

I joined berger with lots of enthusiasm and for better work culture but nowafter working for 6 years currenltly i am kind of fade up of this organization oiling and personal recommendation are only two keys to success here.

It gives us best opportunities at field work and its experience always makes us Coating inspector in true manner.

Dislikes

Their policy for employment is not well, go through contractual process but its oky, hope for job come true as permanent employee. But i learn lot from Berger.
