I have learn about safty in chemical idustry,msds of material,and other industrial trannign nice tranning in work permit seystem nice career growth in company,and salary sctuctur is good but ,appraisal not good and work life balance is good .

Dislikes

Company trannig awerness about idustrial safty and prosses saftey i,have not any issue about company,but my plant manager tarun soni natcher is very bed and extra job work in plant Plant no need equpmet but change is oder and i also like deepak nitrite and Mr Tarun soni is very bed person so i change company

Everyday it provides a new opportunity to learn something new. Work culture is excellent and overall humanitarian attitude .

The remote locations like Nandesari site near Vadodara has still a village like culture as initially large no of workers & employees were from Nandesari & surrounding area.

There is no politics in company and give best opportunity to fresher's also.work environment is best comparison of other companies. Best thing is safety in this area all equipments are easily available.

Dislikes

There is no job security for trainee. And even B.E chemical student is also working in loading and unloading department till 10 months. I think this is very rare in other companies.

The company is open for learning and transformation. You can take part in many modifications projects. You can have knowledge about all engineering field.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend breakdowns. There is no on-job training. Retention rate is low.
