Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

Constant fear of getting fire among peers. Teams always in stress & depress state, no fun culture, no work life balance. They track you like small kids and ask proof of work for every minute. 24hr risk of losing job, CEO needs to take control over India team, managers and leads are being arrogant and unprofessional, HR are being rude and very pathetic lairs, Hire & Fire, False commitments and don't even consider appraisal after 2 year of joining, HR give you some random excuse for that and challenge you to look for a new job.
