Work culture is not good. Even higher management are ridiculous.

They have flexible work hours but need to complete 45 hr per week HR person are like govt office generally they didn't response you back company policies are very bad. they have cafeteria they should provide subsidies food to employees as other companies are doing the same work life balance is depend on the team ..

Dislikes

the have only 5 casual leaves. which is very very less. after pandemic - No work from Home allowed No career growth if you are experienced person No fun activity or other activity also ..if you have seen some activity -- to post picture over linkedin .etc NO team outings Strict 45 hour per week which is very bad if you miss it by 1minutes they half day leave or half day salary. 90% people are fresher very bad CTC structure if you are joining this company ask 10% more salary then expectation. there is no training like health attrition rate very high in this company you can checkout headcount decrement over linkedin -there is gym on the top floor but it never opened since cavisson established just show case...Read More

Very less work life balance, and bit slow in term of management, rest all is good.

It's very good place to start Ur career in IT, it will provide tedious opportunity for learning, as it is product based company so Job security is good point. U have to be attentive all the time. Work life balance is very low here as lots of work here.
