Flexible working hour , work life balance, AI first company(good opportunity to switch to AI), Good hikes.

Dislikes

Very Small Application, not much to learn domain wise. For someone who wants to learn application architecture and moved to architect side , learning wise less architect related opportunities. 3 days per week is too much. Should be more flexible here. Attendance marking in office to capture who is present or not could be improved.

Good product based company with good challenges and long term job security.

Dislikes

Management changes frequently which affects the overall roadmaps for the project. 3 days work from office is too much when some of the even service based companies only has 2 days wfo. This policy can be improved. Employees onshore have still flexible wfh policy. This needs to b changed.
