Central industrial security force have secure the infrastructure of the country i.e. airports, industrial area,metro railway etc. I was joined CISF in 1999 as a HC/DCPO/FIRE and have a well experience in respect of fire service and hazards. I was performed duty in National security academy in fire service training institute in Hyderabad for 8 yrs.

Dislikes

Salary is well but promotion is very slow ,I was working in a same post in last 20 yrs. There is few courses in-service job for fresher so seniors have order me to guide them. Which is get much extra times to them.

Work Details

Work experience is very good. In our department seniors and freshers do their work in together,so we have a best crew for attending any major fire calls and any other emergencies.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

No weekly off no holiday, always duty.. even after night shift on same day have to go at 12 clock in noon. No family life... Total imbalance ... Wrost department. Promotion after 12-15 year

It's a good organization to work for and it is a government job therefore your job is safe in any situation. You get a chance to wear khaki.

Time based promotion, your performance is not valued. Very slow promotion here. Work life balance is at poor level.
