Overall good culture. Many things to play and free food. Good and big infrastructure of the new office.

Dislikes

The technology team is not good. The managers are always in politics and not at all friendly.

Any concern brought up will be addressed to their best. Regular training and reviews are held to uphold the morale and work performance. Resources required as per needs are provided without any dissatisfaction.

Dislikes

Middle management could be better. A lot of Team Leads had to be changed because of their poor management skills and abundant of work pressure placed on their team members. Micromanagement is a huge issue.
