I was working as Apprentice in cipla the working culture was excellent . HR team was really supportive.if I get a chance again I would like to work again in this company.

Dislikes

Time 8 hours is really a long time.

•Good documentation practices •Good manufacturing practices •follows ALCOA+ •Classroom trainings

•Work culture •Toxic Environment •Not able to learn new things there,people work at sme position from the last 10-15 years •QA should also involve in doing something. Entry of time should be there when they'll verify the document.

One thing i like the most in cipla is they always conduct some awareness programs related safety and human rights. And cipla never compromise with products quality. They never break trust of customers as well as their employees.

Dislikes

This organisation doesn't not help for skill development if you are working in production. Sometime you have to work as a labour. Qualification doesn't matter the only thing is matter is experience. This is my observation what i have noticed in cipla
