Work life balance is good. You can have open discussion with managers and get straight answers .

Dislikes

There is no scope for Ad tech Mar tech roles. Although they pumpet diversity but they promote only one type of skill set. The hierarchy in bank is quite complex and experimentation or testing process not at all agile. As analyst it leaves you frustrated seeing implementation rate.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
