The management in Citicorp, Chennai is horrible. The director - Global Functions Technology is highly arrogant and there is a VP who thinks people need to do whatever she wants even if it is not good for the team. For every request, people have to beg them. It has a lot of red tape that prevents innovations. The only thing they care about is marketing DEI.
