Management has not release my FnF from the period of February, even though following from past 4 months. They treat their ex employee like this. No one is interested to

There is no fix time for salary though it is 7th of Every month but it doesn't happen. Also there is standard FnF process follows employee get their fnf after 8-10 months post their resignation.

HR policy is very good and change management policy .

Work culture is good but some of things are very complicated. Sometimes Immiditae action is disliked beacuse management peoples are taking decision without asking to the concern and to understand the root issue this is very bad. AT engineers are joining with very poor knowledge.
