Cornerstone was a great organization until 2022, but now there is nothing good here except colleagues.

Dislikes

Company Culture, Office politics, a lot of Favoritism And no respect for good work, if you have a good relationship with the manager, then they will promote you and give you a good Hike; otherwise, you have to wait forever for promotions. Hikes are very bad, only 7-7.5% yearly, which is below industry standards.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
