It's a retirement home for Vodafone Idea Airtel people. Those booted out from mobile service providers get immediate employment here via already working seniors, who has brought in junior s. East region Head and Branch heads are from this background. Even if you are joining Pump or Fan or Lightning, experience in Kirloskar or Havells or Phillips will not be preferred, interviews are arranged to employ Airtel Vodafone Elastic run staff, ignoring those having product experience. Management and HR are silent. All Saturday working, last 2 sunday working, no tiffin provided even if you stay upto 11pm. Only primary billing is focus. Fan Pump mixie are sold like rice and purses. If you take 100 kg , or 1000 pc additional support is this. No effort to do retail or publicity or advertising. There is another channel RURAL whose billing price is lower by 2%. They supply in urban areas. So dealers are approached by 2 sets of company staff with same product and different price. So you get no incentive. East Head and Branch Manager has no knowledge, only moves around saying hi , halo. Both are from same mobile company....Read More

Targets are Heavy mostly we have to depend on wholesellers with Price Support from company. Work culture and pressure heavy. Month end 5 days have to spend time till 12pm in office for closure
