They cut 10% salary of working people and 50% salary of employees who are on bench, even they reduced more than 300 people from the starting of Covid-19, they laid off those people who work till late night during weekdays, work on saturday and sunday just because they were on bench at the time of pandemic, they don't value your workand dedication.they pause leave encashment, increment, leave reimbursement all for a specific time period.that specific time period they know only.they don't have ethics and transperancy.they buy awards, name, fame to be highlighted in a market.on paper, it's a cmmi 3 company but they are not following any standards and process, worst managers and worst management I have ever seen in my life.don't go by the labels of the company and cmmi level.I think that anyone should not waste his time to work over here....Read More

Employee gets to learn whole lot of new things related to technology and stuff in a very short period of time. Experience as a technical person in Cygnet is very valuable in the market.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, but there are less number of holidays given to the employees. Also, the festival holidays are fixed, as in if the festivals occur on weekends, they are not compensated with other festival leaves.
