Very open culture. Best for fun or sport loving people like me. Growth chances here are very high if you are potential. Company re-hire policy is great they give more chances to those who have been working in Decathlon before

Sometimes we need to stretch working hours. No permanent shift timing Job is not secure you can be fired for making mistake or can ask to leave

It's the best company to work for right after your 12th. It provides you good exposure and also the work culture is very good in this company. Their salary package attracts every youngster who is just about to experience professional work life. Overall it was a great experience working for Decathlon.

The company is known for sports but passionate sports enthusiasts are so lost in work that they are not able to practice their sport and which leads to frustration and then are not able to focus on their work. And because of this efficiency is lost. Self motivation is needed in that work place.
