As a company the culture being followed by decathlon is good but here in India it's not following, being in the top level management it's good but in case of mid or bottom level it's worse.

It's environment is much better than any other company as it's employees are all same age as yours.

Dislikes

It has lots of inside politics in it which is a very wrong for such good company. People here do not want you to move ahead until they are in any benefits. The working timing of this company was also Uncertain.
