People are good to deal with and work with Same designation employees are good to hangout with and APJ RDC team is good to work with but no work life balance.

(Pallavi Reddy is one of my manager) Manager always speaks good and talks about growth and talks about growing people under her but when you take different initiatives then they will ask not to take and they will stop you for doing things which can impact org on a good level. Pallavi Reddy is one of the worst manager and she only become manager by buttering other managers and talking good things, she doesn't have good leadership skills as well. but she is extremely political and worst manager ever seen. No work life balance No growth in the organization as people are sitting on top designation from so long, so there is no chance for going in leadership role. People working in APJ RDC PM role and Tech roles are not changing the job because they are in the comfort zone and no growth. There is no actual Software engineering job is there, and no Exactly PM job is there. No Cafeteria with good food (Bad quality food) Extremely Bad politics in the company...Read More
