Likes

The management is very focused and have clarity and the owner of the company is a visionary with a magnanimity.. HR team is very kind cooperative. They nurture talent and give value to long association. Quality of product is excellent and it's a process driven company who never compromise on quality.

Dislikes

There need to be more incentive based scheme and also with the fast pace company is growing people need to be more proactive and quick decision taking ability with more accountability.

Zero work life balance, non deserving people gets more important only they don't get job outside n stays here many years.. zero work life balance so no scope of skill development. No job recognition. Only work n work culture.
