As a company Empower is good with benefits, decent yearly appraisal and bonus. Free food, health insurance and cab facility.

Dislikes

Politics is too much within the team (this happens in most of the corporates). Performance is not the step for promotion or good hike, you have to be your managers favourite. You can't expect to be moving to a different team or position as IJP's are already fixed to your favourite person.

Company benefits are good when compared to others.prividing good benefits like food and transport etc.,

Mainly the team called finops is the worst ever in my career .Unfortunately we should be working under few managers who doesn't know the process even after being as manger for 2 years with same team. And higher managers will be supporting them and stopping us to get promoted even we are fit for it. Those who are close to them will be getting promotions even they are not good at work

For freshers who starts his career they will benefited. There is a team called finops., they say this is investment banking, please don't trust. This is full and full retirement platform. They will say like this and hiring the employees and suffering.

Dislikes

Actually the company is very good, but people who are in high level they are very very bad. As per my experience, I know every place we do have face this issue. But this is not compare as usual thing. We always should be their good books. We can only get senior specialist promotion after that whatever you do nothing you will get.
