Lot of politics at management levels.New joining suffer a lot.Old gets older and new leave or give the resignation under 6-11 month.Managers are outdated simple degree holder and they can't tolerate genius rather than they prefer dumb.

Dislikes

Worst no growth at all a school ERP with copy paste work culture from Ms to ERP .

they are not supporting not a single employee of the company , moreover they are forcing employee to join the office .They are not supporting WFH culture .
