Nothing is there to like every thing is worst They hire freshers and unemployed people in bulk and they take various exams i.e ICD1 ,ICD2, PST IRR & Viva during training . Passing criteria is 85% if you won't pass in any one of the exams you will be terminated on the spot no notice period or another chance is given. the trainers do not teach u properly during training . They directly fire the employees and not even giving the salary of days you have worked. The company doesn't even care about you no facilities are being provided. HR does not tell about these exam during interview and selection process. later will not respond to ur calls and mails. I request all the freshers and job seekers plz do not join episource plz find any other company or job. plz dont leave ur current job and join episource...Read More
