Job security Good pay for lateral entry and less deduction in salary. Variety of projects where you will learn and grow. Team outing and benifits like all big company has in terms of party in 5 star hotel and compensation for late night work beyond 8pm . Team is good and helpfull. Manager worst but not all manager mine project was special case . Although AVP VP is helpful in comparison to him. Give less pay to old employee and more pay to lateral entry. No work life balance. If you are junior then ok but if you are in TL and above and even SE/SSE then it's daily habbit of working beyond 10/12 hrs. SE/SSE can get some relax depending upon day but seniors must need to work overtime then you will get good ratings. Work from Home becoming very hectic atleast during offc hours we supposed to work till 8 pm from 11 Am but WFH from 10 AM to beyond 8 PM....Read More

Dislikes

Doing micro management for everything. Senior leader they don't want new joinner stay on company. There is no any process they followed. If you join in ITC you will feel like shop. Management will behave like shop. They are making unnecessary pressor for work, so you can not service in that organization. If anyone will ready to work 12h daily then they can join.
