You’re always told what you’re doing wrong, but never what you’re doing right. It’s demotivating and frustrating.

Dislikes

The favoritism is blatant. Certain nationalities get preferential treatment. It's a shame that talent and effort take a back seat to personal relationships in this company. A very hostile work environment. You’re constantly under pressure with no support.

After reporting Santosh’s behavior, I was dismissed without any consideration. This shows how little the company values its employees. Supervisors need to take a course in basic respect and professionalism.
