Management is very worst.HR act like as dictator. They don't consider my one year commitment & hard-work towards my work & contribution in company growth.During hiring me as an oet (company roll) they told us that after one year your post will be promoted as an OE even increment in salary .but after completion one year they does not recognized our valuable contribution & told us that worked as Neem trainee otherwise here is no options.During placement HR totally convinced us but lately one year we realised that they spoil or ruined our one year. On the basis of production for upcoming they decided the expansion of work to next year.HR deceived us & resultant we quit the company .I m strongly recommend that please don't work here...Read More

In Seating System Management team, Sr Manager Worst on the floor their behavior with team members is like slavery, they treated junior buddies like slave. Even they used same words in team planning meeting. And they hired relatives with good salaries, even they don't have skills but they used to hire by third party. And after they took on payroll. Like me on roll member survived for good hike, good work life but they created troubles with us. There are hardly 20-30% employees are genuinely otherwise remaining people are hired with mercy of Sr Managers, Managers (relatives). No work life balance for genuine members.
