Fresher gets unexpected growth in exposure. Good to start a career.

Dislikes

No Individual Development Plan and career growth after 2-3 years, doesn't go for much needed external trainings. Doesn't appreciate a hard worker. People managers are appreciated rather than technical people. Not such a healthy growth.

Got good and experienced employed from whom hot to learn many things but are struggling to get an opportunity which does not seem to happen.

Company does not work the way as it was 2 years back. Many changes have been deployed by the manager and some team leads for their purpose and profits even overcoming the company rules. Some of the best examples are 1- Appointing their blood relatives even after they had been rejectedin the interview at first round itself and giving them a high salary which even people working their for past 4 years also does not get such an salary and main point is they have been given all such facilities even though they do sent know the basics of the tool. 2- increments will be given to the ones who praise them not to the ones who work hard. 3- Onside opportunities are provided for the ones who are in their favor and some times the team lead himself will be on that offer even though he doesn't have to work on it does not provide the opportunity to others but simply goes out and transfer the work from their to be done from others . if some one does not speak in their favor they will be targeted....Read More
