There is poor work life balanced due to excessive work load. May face management politics and many management policies are not in employees fever. Salary is good, but career growth seems slow.

I put my struggle to learn many things initially as there were no training.Focus is on on-job training. No adherence to shift timings.All time I had to stretch my working hours.No team outings.Overall poor work life balance.
