Company has plenty of learning opportunities, good job security

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Also shift working takes toll on health and schedule. Food facilities are also terrible but if you can manage it own then no iswith that. There is micro management in unnecessary things.

Work culture is good as far as your manager is from Faurecia (like from GET), Management is strong. It is pioneer in its segment of interior business. It gives good salary hike compared to its peers.

Dislikes

There is bond 2x to the time period of your onsite. Canteen food can be much better 🙂

Initially graph is linear but after 4 to 5 years its goes sideways in terms of learning but later we have chance to internal job posting in different departments(like from Design Engineer to Development Engineer)
